Our Vision
Our vision at Second Chance Project is to foster a compassionate society where everyone has access to essential resources. We believe in empowering individuals to improve their quality of life through education and support.
Our History
Second Chance Project was founded by Pastor Heath Britt on February 15th on 2024. This 501c3 Non -Profit Charity was founded for the purpose of common sense and stream-lined service for all the homeless communities with minimal waiting periods.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs designed to get faster results. We offer food, hotel accomodations ( extreme emergency), safe travel back home to family ( bus or train), resume building, job assistance, housing representation, fast access to the DMV and Social Security Administration, and NOBODY GETS LEFT BEHIND, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE. We believe that Jesus did not pick and choose who to serve, he saved everybody!
Our Impact
Thanks to the support of our donors and volunteers, we have been able to make a significant impact in our communities.
In 2024, 476 families ended their homelessness struggles, and Second Chance Project is on target to change the lives of another 500 families in 2025.
So far in 2025, we have ended homelessness for 431 families!
More than any other organization in Polk County!
